Kristen J. Nesbit is the co-regional managing partner at Fisher Phillips LLP where she co-chairs the California Litigation Practice Group for emerging startups and massive public entities. She serves as a strategic partner for clients in the aviation and manufacturing sectors, delivering creative solutions to complex labor issues including workplace investigations and WARN Act compliance.

Leveraging her deep commitment to social impact, Nesbit develops robust employment policies for minority, veteran and disability-owned business enterprises to meet national supplier diversity objectives. She further shapes the legal profession by serving on the firm’s Women’s Initiative Leadership Council Steering Committee to advocate for minority attorneys. She remains an active member of the American Association of Blacks in Energy and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
