He co-chairs the Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice Group representing clients in disputes involving economic product defects and deceptive advertising.

Mallow’s record of success includes securing a major automotive industry victory before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and defeating a federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action. This expertise extends to defending enforcement actions initiated by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.
