An acclaimed actor and community champion, co-founder and artistic director Wendy Raquel Robinson has created a beacon for aspiring young performing artists at the Amazing Grace Conservatory (AGC). Vowing to create pathways for youth in her South Central Los Angeles community, she founded the conservatory, which has become a welcoming home for young artists of color for nearly 30 years. After being forced to move, Robinson took her savings from her work on The Steve Harvey Show and personally purchased the building where AGC stands today. As an artist, she is known for her iconic roles on The Steve Harvey Show and The Game. Her mentorship has had a transformative impact on more than 11,000 alumni.
