Providing cutting-edge legal strategies for software transactions and data security compliance, Thomas Dover is the chair of the Intellectual Property Group at Nossaman. He represents a diverse client base ranging from mobile app developers to North America’s largest utility in state, federal and international courts. He co-leads the firm’s Privacy and Data Security Group, advising entities on conforming to the California Consumer Privacy Act and global GDPR standards.

Dover’s leadership roles include serving on the executive committee of the California Lawyers Association Intellectual Property Section and the International Trademark Association. He also maintains professional ties through his membership in the National LGBT Bar Association. His expertise in managing intellectual property portfolios is evidenced by his 21 years of experience across the technology, entertainment and infrastructure sectors.
