As chief executive officer of Business Finance Capital, Jacky Dilfer has directed the firm’s statewide growth across commercial and SBA lending over 13 years, overseeing more than 270 commercial real estate transactions representing more than $668 million in lending to small- and mid-sized businesses in the most recent full fiscal year. Under her leadership, Business Finance Capital has held the No. 1 position among SBA 504 lenders in Los Angeles County by dollar volume for several consecutive years and maintains a top-five ranking among SBA lenders in both California and the United States. Dilfer serves on the board of trustees of AltaMed Health Care Services, sits on the loan committee of the Jewish Free Loan Association and is a board member of Youth Champions, an organization focused on empowering youth in underserved communities.
