Managing Partner and Co-Founder Martin Sarafa has been a central figure at Century Park Capital Partners since its formation in 2000. He utilizes 30 years of industry experience to oversee the firm’s investment strategy, having successfully managed over 80 acquisitions including 25 platforms and 58 add-on transactions. In July 2025, Sarafa led the strategic acquisition of Glyptal, Inc. by NCP Coatings and orchestrated the May 2025 purchase of TLC Technologies by Nova Advisory. He sits on the boards of NCP Coatings and Nova Advisory while serving as a member of the firm’s investment committee. His leadership at The Mochi Ice Cream Company resulted in a retail expansion from 800 to 18,000 storefronts and an increase in the employee count to 190.
