Deputy Head of M&A for the Americas at Kroll Investment Banking, Steve Moon serves as the firm’s Los Angeles city leader and co-head of the aerospace, defense and government group. Bringing over 28 years of experience, he oversees complex middle-market engagements, including the recent sale of Techni-Cast Corporation to Wieland Group and the sale of Stuart Industries to FDH Aero. Moon’s deep sector expertise led to the successful divestiture of QinetiQ Space NV to Redwire Corp and the sale of Blue Marble Communications to T2S Solutions. Beyond his transaction work, he serves on the board of directors for the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and chairs the Tufts Admissions Network for the Los Angeles region.
