I got an issue request from the author of libtfmxaudiodecoder why we don't support all the files the library can really play. It was never intended just simply not done. With v0.7.1 you can play now:
Single-file Hippel TFMX & Future Composer .hip/.hipc/.hip7/.mcmd and .fc/.fc3/.fc4/.fc13/.fc14/.smod.
He mad also a very interesting improvement which shows really a deeply sign of love. He implemented ... wait for it ...
Chris Hülsbeck's pre-TFMX format Dynamic Synthesizer with dns./smp. pairs. It's a tiny corpus: only three soundtracks were ever made in it (Hollywood Poker Pro, Starball, PTC).

Huge thanks @mschwendt, author of libtfmxaudiodecoder, the engine behind all TFMX-family playback here. His v1.0.10 release added the Dynamic Synthesizer decoder that makes this format possible, and v1.0.11–v1.0.14 kept improving TFMX playback for the whole retro-audio community (Turrican III support and a string of soundtrack fixes among them). This release rides entirely on that work. 🙏

Klappt. 8Bit Retro Rechteck Sound mit Pitch-Bend, Modulation, Sustain, 8-Stimmig und Anschlags-Dynamik für USB-Midi-Keyboards.
Nach ein paar Umwegen über Linux, Raspberry Pi1, eeePC version 1, BuildRoot, einer C und einer C++ Version und einer C# Version für Windows landete ich final beim Arduino Uno 😆🤪 Mit stumpfen Polling auf den USB Host Shield... reicht offensichtlich.

Hach... ich weiß, es hat alles eine Geschichte. Aber wenn ich mir die Zugriffszahlen meiner Disketten im Internet Archive so anschaue, bin ich manchmal schon n Bisschen traurig, wie wenig Interesse und Resonanz die alten Amiga Spiele selbst in der Retro-Szene noch auf sich ziehen.
Noch schlimmer wird's, wenn ich mal mit Kollegen in der IT oder gar mit Bekannten ohne technischen Hintergrund spreche. Viele haben noch nie von Commodore gehört! 😢
