Tjärdalsudden liegt ruhig am Ufer eines weit verzweigten Seensystems in Västerbotten. Der kleine Rastplatz wirkt unscheinbar, gehört aber zur typischen Infrastruktur entlang nordschwedischer Nebenstraßen.

Brisk and very cold morning at our campsite overlooking Pältsän. One of the coldest mornings we’ve had on this hike. Too bad we made the mistake of bringing indoor-only thermometers that only went down to -15C, so I can’t tell the exact temp. But it was at least -15!

Rather than sleeping I took a decision last night. I’m gonna try selling my vintage camper van. My spot at the parking lot got terminated and I have no place where else to put it. There’d be so much to do, so much that needs repair. Albeit rather small. I’m gonna miss it, but I barely use it.

I'm not sure how I will use this Friendica account, since I also have the Mastodon account. We'll see. There's things I like about Friendica (especially how easy it is to follow threads) as well as Mastodon (especially how easy it is to filter and block to protect my #MentalHealth). I might set up some scripts to synchronise followers or some such, or maybe not and cultivate a different vibe on both accounts. Who knows.
